Ask HN: How to find problems for B2B customers?
I have build two simple products. One was about video and other was search related idea. Both did not do well. I made mistake of building thinking I have this problem so others might as well. But, that did not turn out to be true despite a little positive response earlier.
I am curious, as a software engineer and introvert tech person, how and where do you find problems for b2b? We are mostly isolated in our worlds. It is hard to get meetings to understand and validate problem. Where do you see people to talk to?
For example, sales enablement can get lift from a lot AI focused work. But, no one responded even to discuss whether this problem exists.
I will appreciate if you got any insights around this.
